The Physio Hub is what makes it otherwise the My Health Medical Centre is a joke.
They never answer their phones Sorry my bad, I was looking at the wrong website and they had wrong business hours and phone always said we are closed. So I was calling after hours. It’s confusing with all the different websites.
i have never experienced this type of issues before it was afternoon i got an appointment for my daughter and son with dr kam yen bejamin and i was uncomfortable with his service i felt he was so abusive unnecessarily he tried to touch my daughter ,my daughter was only four years old and also he tried to touch my hand without asking to show how to hold my son while check his chest , my daughter was also felt uncomfortable it was unexpected from this centre because we were registered as a new patient i was quite disappointed ... read more
This is a delayed review. In September 2021 my partner had an health episode which I needed to call an ambulance. He doesn't have a regular GP. Having been to this centre once before when it opened. This was the last GP he saw. So when it comes to health it's very sensitive and hard. He refused to go to the hospital and the pparamedic advised to ensure he gets a blood test to just check for markers of heart attack.
