I had the most awful experience here. I arrived at approximately 9:30am and asked to see the pathologist for a routine blood test. I was instructed to take a laminated number from the reception desk and take a seat. My number was 7. There were only two people ahead of me at this point. The pathologist appeared to be spending roughly 15–20 minutes with each patient, which seemed quite excessive for a simple blood collection. I have been a patient of Dr Peter Sidholm for 4 years now. I can’t praise him and the team he has now at Roselands Doctors enough. The attention to detail from Peter is exceptional and he always makes you feel comfortable and reassured and is thorough in explaining and diagnosing your concerns, your health and wellbeing is his only concern. The doctors and services provided are of a high standard
I attended an appointment today that was scheduled as the first consultation of the session at 1:30pm (chosen specifically as there were no patients before), the day after being discharged from hospital following major surgery. Despite the effort required to attend while recovering — including managing multiple surgical wounds and stitches — the experience was deeply disappointing. Dr. Patrina Liu is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have met. She is highly knowledgeable, understanding, and supportive, and I am grateful for her help throughout my health journey. She truly cares about her patients. The receptionist is also very friendly and welcoming.
