I have followed the Doctors to Roselands from another practice and it is always worth the travel! Nice new fitout, good use of check in technology and app integration, and most importantly in person appts generally run close to schedule (I have never had to wait more than 10 mins past my scheduled appt time). Excellent service and very professional team. Dr. Nick and Dr. Peter are always friendly, positive, and a pleasure to deal with. The massage chairs are a great bonus. Highly recommend!
Dr. Nick has been my doctor for several years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. He’s always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. I’ve consistently felt well looked after and confident in his advice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and caring GP.
Rudest receptionist who showed no care or compassion for my elderly mother with dementia. She wasn’t just having a bad day, it appears that’s just who she is based on the reviews here from multiple reviewers over many months. I had a really disappointing experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were rude, dismissive, and came across as antagonistic rather than helpful. It felt like any simple question was met with attitude, which immediately made an already stressful situation worse. Unfortunately, the consultation itself wasn’t any better.
