Very disappointing experience. We were told there was still about an hour to wait, even though someone came in needing urgent attention with a fever. The doctor was only there for a script, but her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very poor service and communication.
Dr. Nicholas is fantastic. I really appreciate his holistic approach to health. Dr. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Seems like they both genuinely care for their patients. The receptionist lovely and incredibly efficient. They have an amazing nurse who seems quite well informed and insightful. The pathologist is great — she always gets the blood on the first attempt, even though my veins are difficult to work with. Wait times are generally good.. Rude receptionist. I arrived for my daughters appointment and went to the receptionist to obviously let her know I’m here for my daughters appointment, I had a big smile and said “hi how are you” straight face from her and she goes “yes how can I help you” Nothinggg no answer to my how are you or anything and this wasn’t the first time.
