I used to live in an apartment called Andover Place in MA that Roseland operated. This was the WORST apartment I lived. Now other company took over the place. No wonder Roseland quit the business there, the management was extremely poor, the POOREST EVER. The manager Victoria was rude and always had a strong attitude. Something were stolen in my building. There are three doors in the building, but they just put one monitor for only one door to "comfort" us. During construction, they tear down my bedroom wall and door. My bed... read more

I had a nice experience in the first few month I lived here in the apartment building in Jersey city that is called Marbella 1 but as soon as there were problems that I asked to be addressed, the management to address them ,the leasing office manager as well as other leasing reps became hostile, unsuportive and refused to address ANY of the serious issues I brought to them.
