This place is trash , who still uses a coin laundry machine in 2026 and they r out most of time , and how they treat people is terrible , have found mice in this building many times. It’s just not worth it
Very nice part of the outer twin cities area and management was very helpful. Great but also affordable apartments. I Highly recommend Rose Hill apartments for anyone interested in a one or two bedroom apartment close to the twin cities and the twin cities area in general. Very close to stores and other important places in and around town as well. Thank you so much again Rose Hill apartments! You guys have been the best!
Don't move here. This place is not healthy it's full of mice the Landry has only one that works they never fix anything, they still use coins, and most of the time, you lose your money cause you find out its not working also they look for any reason to charge you fees I don't recommend this place for any one bad experience.
Your car will get towed even if you have a parking permit! They contract with an unethical and predatory towing company. Always lock your car doors. You've been warned!
