Absolutely useless practice. Trying to get an appointment is impossible, you can call all you want. You can even show up and try to get seen that way and they’ll just tell you that there’s no more appointments for the day. Never mind the fact that the receptionist is so rude and arrogant to the point where you feel judged for even trying to get seen.
Great service rang at 1pm got a call back and seen the doctor at 2.30pm very efficient practice, receptionist was so helpful.
I visited for an appointment this morning at Rosehall practice and met the loveliest and most professional nurse. Thank you Kelly, keep up the good work. Judith

It’s an absolute disgrace that you have to call down & queue at the surgery to guarantee a call back. People who cannot do that, who have work & other responsibilities are being disadvantaged. There were no callbacks online today as they were all taken by people queueing & I’ve been told to ring at 1 again for my child even though I rang 60 x in 10mins from 8.59 this morning. At 9am on the nose there were no callbacks left. How many times are we to continue to do this?!
