OUTRAGEOUS! Why is Rosedale offering 5 years of Maintenance Free for new owners??? We have been here over 6 years, started just over $200.00, now its over $500.00. So, the current residence of Rosedale is paying for the new owners Maintenance! Not, to mention our Maintenance Fee has more than doubled!!!!!
Rosedale had two entrances. The North Gate, which is NOT accessible unless your car has a pass. All other traffic must enter via the South Gate (and security) yet there is an endless stream of people being pointed to the North Gate by map apps. How do we change this?
I visited lovely community. Too pricey for me Unless there was a one bedroom apartment to rent, as I'm a Senior. No renting as far as I know. More new beautiful homes being built now. The people I know , love it there. Its quiet they say. They are very Happy with their new place. Right now still construction happening so expect mud & dust in some areas. It's shaping up nicely. I recommend this Community. It seems to well maintained.
Really good friends live there.
