My Thermador gas range had a broken oven rack bracket so I looked on the Thermador website and saw Rosedale Service as a recommended service provider. When their technician arrived (on September 1, 2020) I asked hit to also take a look at one of my burners which was slightly erratic. He ended up arcing out an electrical component on the left side of the stove, sharing he would be back in the next days to fix this piece. Tom, the owner, was very helpful and honest on my initial phone call about a repair on my LG front-load washing machine (model WM2688HWM). He confirmed my suspicions about worn bearings and possible broken “spider” bracket at the back of the drum, based on a sound over the phone, the burning rubber smell during the spin cycle, and the play in the drum.
