I went for a rear door issue that wasn’t opening from inside. He checked it for about 5 minutes, just opened two screws, and quoted $346 to fix it, I declined. He then charged me $55 just for checking, which was never mentioned beforehand. The issue wasn’t fixed at all. The next day, I watched a simple video and fixed it myself in 5 minutes. Very disappointing experience and felt like a rip-off .
The team have been absolutely amazing! Our car was towed to them for assessment ofter someone took the front end off. They have been beyond patient and so kind through the whole experience. Couldn't ask for a more professional service.
