Much better than my 1st hotel (awful) spacious rooms with lounge kitchenette bathroom and 2 beds . Great views and comfortable.
We had a great visit and really enjoyed the location. Walking to Granville and Yaletown. The room was clean but basic and in need of an update.
BED BUGS! Unfortunately discovered bed bugs in the room after I woke up with bites all over. What was even worse was the complete lack of proper protocol or support from the staff. There was no offer to dry clean clothes, no offer to refund the stay, no bags provided to seal belongings, and no communication from management despite reporting the issue immediately.
