Dr Michael Crampton is the consummate professional health carer. His concern for me as his patient is absolute. He listens, questions and advises. Rosedale lucky to have him.
I went to Rosedale for an ultrasound for the first time. The online booking process was quick and easy and I could upload my referral straight to my appointment. There was an issue with accessing the referral when I reached there but it was quickly resolved by Jad and the receptionists. Overall, I had a positive experience as I didn’t have to wait for long and Jad took his time to understand my issue and provide an explanation on the procedure.
The expertise, empathy and compassion of GPs at Rosedale Medical Practice, such as Dr Crampton, Dr Chiu and Dr Saini, to name a few, set a high bar for professionalism and dedication. I feel blessed to have doctors like them to look after my family.
