Great staff, both on the desk and the physicians. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly
Rosedale is not what it used to be when it was at Coonara. What was once a caring, community focused practice now feels impersonal, where patients are treated more like numbers than people. We understand that routine appointments need to be booked in advance, but the current system does not adequately support patients who become unwell unexpectedly and need to see their regular doctor. After having some really bad experiences as of late, with medical professionals, Rosedale Medical truly made me feel heard, informed and optimistic. Their whole staff were entirely welcoming and warm, and made everything as calm and simple as possible.
