I was previously a patient of Dr. Rana, who was compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in her patients’ well-being, particularly women’s health. My 98 year old Nanna is a patient of this doctor. My abusive aunt and uncle are power of attorney. She is in a 3 floor house on her own, she has a psw that comes through the day sometimes but she cannot walk, they refuse to put a lift on her stairs which she has fallen down as they also refused to move her bed to the main floor. They finally did move it after another bad fall down the stairs as she crawls up and down them to get to bed. I am very happy to have Dr. J. Koole, as my family DR. She has been great and communicated with me face to face! I have been her Dr since I had came back home from my studies in Washing's DC. I find her very understandable and listen to me when I have a problem or need to be checked out, etc. KEEP UP the good work, Dr. J. Koole!
I have found the receptionist who books appointments for Dr. McLeod to be very rude and demeaning. She speaks to you like you’re an idiot and has no empathy for the people calling with their problems. She has no business being in this position and should be fired.
Dr Phan is a knowledgeable professional. He will personally telephone you with diagnostic imaging results. He has a large practice that I am sure at times can be overwhelming
