Busy, but very friendly staff. Parking can be an issue sometimes.
You’re likely to sit on hold for 10-20 mins even if you’re the next caller in line. Receptionists don’t seem the most qualified.
You’re lucky I had no choice but to give 1 star. Dr Phan is the rudest doctor I have ever seen. Supposed to be a professional helping his patients but he doesn’t care about them one bit, he has no bed side manner and talks down to to patients like they are complete idiots and he’s better than anyone coming into his office. Find another job because being a caring, compassionate, friendly doctor that people can rely on isn’t you!
My wife calls Dr Koole, Dr Terrible Doctor. I was a patient with Dr Koole for 26 years. During my time with her ive had to book my own specialists appointments, surgeries, medical exams, cat scans, you name it. She puts in a bare minimum effort, at best. She has little to no belief in mental health and has indicated this multiple times. When presented with a $4,000 physiological assessment, she shrugged it off.
