I have been living here since I was 14 years old. It has been 50 years of my life. Thank God we have a new building manager. He has been doing a lot of cleaning up since the last manager. He gives positive vibes compared to the last lady that left. Unfortunately, this guy left. Now, we have a second new guy as the building manager. We have yet to meet him. Emanuel Joseph our new manager has been doing an amazing job. He is very efficient at his job. I had been tortured by a squatter living below me for 1 year. I’ve been a shareholder for 20 years and never had an issue with my neighbors or anyone. He was banging his ceiling which is my floor all hours of the night. He didn’t work so he could care less about me needing to sleep and go to work to pay my maintenance. Emmanuel Joseph was hired and got the squatter out within 5 months.
