Rosecrance helped me in ways that I really can't put in words. It gave me some coping tools that will help me on this new journey, this new sober life. This is a 5 star facility. The staff, the counselors, & the medical team made this the best experience of my life. I honestly don’t know how they do it. They addiction education and treatment is amazing. I’ve learned so much, this place has changed my entire outlook on life. Shout out to employees TAYLOR, GENESIS, LINDSAY, JUSTINE, SHANIA, KARA. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place is awful. All they care about is the money they get from insurance and are not invested in the clients/patients. They treat people like animals. I barely had any support from the unit coordinator who was assigned to me. All she did was lie to me when I did see her at 11 pm when I was already on my sleep medication. My mental health is worse now than when I went in. They are understaffed and very overwhelmed. However, some of the staff were phenomenal. Nursing is hands down great!... read more
