I successfully completed the IOP portion of my treatment and truly valued the insight gained during that time. While I have transitioned into Continuing Care, I find myself hesitant to move toward graduation because of the invaluable support I receive from my counselor, Mechelle. Her ability to listen deeply, provide practical coping skills, and offer genuine understanding has been a cornerstone of my progress. Her guidance makes the recovery process feel manageable, and I value the therapeutic relationship we have built.
I have avoided mental health care for years because everyone says I have to go here and see dr yang and then end my life due to his treatment. all my friends have horror stories about him. i am again being pushed that as a disabled person i must go here before they can recognize my physical disability, which is dysautonomia, that I have obviously had for 5 years. Would give them 0 stars if I could because they are 0 help you can’t tell they are just there for a paycheck. After my evaluation and I was out of their hair I wanted for them to reach back to me and they never did. 3 weeks later I called them again and they said counseling would take 2 months. Workers seemed very dismissive and inconsiderate, very phony imo go elsewhere
