Very caring staff and it comes with a beautiful facility. Everyone there wants to help the residents to have quality care.
This was the worst place I’ve ever been in my entire life and the most stressful and emotionally abusive and degrading environment I’ve ever been through it is overpriced for substandard food that almost killed me and a tiny room they subjected me to everything including food shaming by clients I was bullied and intimidated by the staff they broke hippa law with me which is a crime I went to the emergency room 2x because of their neglect and they still charged me full price there every day I was in hospital I nearly died the... read more
Hello I came here for respite stay and I have to say this place is “classy and well organized “ Staff is very awesome and they treat you with respect Would come back if needed
The level of incompetence at this facility is mind blowing. I've delt with this place for over 7 years and have never, not once had a positive experience with them. I feel absolutely terrible for the folks that have to stay there. I wouldn't send my enemies there. They are a danger to the patients health to say the least. If you love your family members, keep shopping around. The leadership is dishonest and full of excuses.
