Super fast turn around, great service. My A/C is a split unit, probably 30 years old but working fine until last night during a heat wave. The next morning I called Brian at Rosebush and he sent a guy and had the unit fixed by 10 am! The service guy was friendly and respectful. All i needed was some new contacts and a capacitor. Another outfit might have tried to sell me on a whole new heat pump, but instead, Rosebush bought me some time!
Brian is trustworthy and honest, something truly rare and valued. Amazing experience and reliability. It was such a difference dealing witj Brian vs the other guys. I was given information and choices that were within my budget. He very clearly has integrity and I give him and his company the highest recommendation. Head and shoulders above the rest. So nice to know there are at least a few out there that can be trusted. 👍

Rosebush Heating & Cooling to the rescue. Sunday night we found we had no hot water. Monday after noon situation diagnosed and tankless water heater they installed 16 yrs ago has been discontinued. Tuesday at 5pm had a hot shower with new unit installed. Old unit hadn’t ever been serviced so it owed us nothing. Thank you so much to the Rosebush team for making this a priority!!!
