they have always been good to deal with ladies in the store are great
I can't imagine a worse company to deal with. I'm a tenant so Rosebush won't put me on an automatic delivery schedule. I have to call in when I require a delivery. I was advised to call when the tanks are at 30. So I do that, and when I call, they charge my credit card immediately. Then they don't deliver. I've run out of propane twice this winter. If it were up to me, I would obviously choose another provider but because I'm a tenant I have no choice. I'm forced to settle for Rosebush's terrible customer service. I reached ... read more
Always liked this company, oil tank is filled regularly. Bills are easy to understand and on time.
I would like to thanks the staff at Rosebush for dealing quickly with my mistake. I was supposed to contact them when our tank was down to 20% so they could change the tank but I forgot and ended up running out. They were book solid for installation but still fit us in . The Colonnade Golf and Country Club truly appreciates their fantastic serve and fair prices.
