Home Delivery Propane Driver drove across our lawn (off of the driveway accidentally) and got stuck axels deep on January 3, 2025. I still have 2 x 18’ (32” deep) tracks at the front of my house! I spent 30min trying to pull him out with my tractor. Accidents happen and that’s ok. Lies & Unscrupulous Practices! The only reason I signed up with Rosebush is their salesman Bob promised the reduced $70/tank rental fee knowing, and double confirming that I would use less propane than what they consider “usual”. This held for the first year, but then year 2 they charged $200/tank. When I inquired, they would not budge and would not refund the money. We were customers for seven years. While we never had delivery issues, receiving a refund for the large credit we had was difficult. Glad we got out when we did, seeing reviews from people getting $700 bills with no notice for their tank rental after years of $79 etc. When our propane furnace died, it made more economic sense to go with a heat pump as opposed to a new furnace. Do not go with this company! I received a bill for over 400 dollars because they wanted me to use more propane. So if you rely on mostly heat pump source or burning wood, they will send you a fuel bill regardless. Highly unethical and pathetic way to treat customers. They'll also try and back you into a corner saying they'll cut the bill in half if you downgrade to a smaller tank that will need to be filled much more regularly if you require more propane use at anytime.
