I had placed an order of 14 spice blends on Black Friday to give as gifts to coworkers. Unfortunately, there were issues receiving the package timely, but not because of Rosebud’s. Even though the issue was with the USPS, Rosebud’s was very helpful and quick to communicate. They even resent the order for free and offered to do more, again even though they were not at fault. The spices finally arrived, late, but the way they handled the situation proved how they lead with integrity and excel at service.
