My Favorite Movie Place – Ok, I live on the other side of town, but will gladly drive the 40 minutes it takes just to watch a movie here! Its so cute, the food is pretty good and its nice to be able to watch a movie on the big screen while relaxing on a loveseat with a pitcher of beer and some fried food! I've come here on dates, with a friend, and with a big group and everytime, we all have a blast!
reservations mean nothing here – you can prepay and reserve but they will sell your ticket out from under you and then they will be rude when you complain. save yourself a headache and dont go.

The owner stands behind every film they show, although the selection has been weaker as of late. Still, I actually went to Jeepers Creepers 2 for the sole reason that I wanted to go to the Rosebud. What an original place to catch a flick! I've been going to the Rosebud for a few years now and it is certainly one of my favorite places to see a film in the greater Milwaukee area. It is small and independet, they serve food and drinks, and they show movies that most other theaters don't/won't. The seating is even unique, they have big red velvet couches where patrons can sit and enjoy their snacks and the film showing!
Cozy place to catch a great flick What a wonderful concept. A cozy cinema with plush couches and a great drink selection. The food is pretty good too. Love the atmosphere, makes you feel like you are in your own living room.
Beautiful Theatre This theatre is amazing. It is one of the most beautifully kept in the area. The service is terrific - jovial and engaging. The menu selection is better than the average big moviehouse. The seating is comfortable and cozy. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic date and I highly recommend it. It is a landmark and a must-visit while in the Milwaukee area. It's entertaining at its finest.
