Rang to enquirer about an $4k product and the first guy had no idea and said someone would call me back. Three hours later s guy calls me back and was so arrogant and rude I won’t be buying anything from them. Seems to be a theme on these reviews…

Where do I start with these outstanding staff members at Rosebud mowers! Will and Riley. I heard about rosebud mowers when I started my business. Will, is a guru at his job and a great mechanic, exceptionally great bloke. Will has helped me out so much from buying my first cheetah to fixing my machines and getting parts to me asap. I travel an hour away to get my ride on serviced because I don’t trust anyone else. Will is very knowledgeable, and can diagnose problems over the phone.
