If you want appalling customer service, you have come to the right place!! I was yelled at and treated with complete disregard when I contacted them about my order. I was told that white oriental lillies are not available in the penninsula! My thought was, why accept my order? We are in the middle of lilly season! What a disgusting confrontational, Pathetic excuse for a human! DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered $150 worth of flowers for my pregnant girlfriend s birthday as a surprise before we headed to lunch, I have a broken ankle so could not pick up. A note was made on the order a week prior and the $150 was deducted straight away, a week passed with no response, Birthday morning @9:30 I tried to ask where the order was, The owner started yelling down the phone! smelled the flowers before they reached me, Could not be more than happy with my order of Happy Go Citrus and more important was the person who received flowers, who was over the moon and loved them
