Follow-up and service is the poorest I have ever seen. They promise follow-up and have to chase them to get anything done. They botched a simple repair job and have not shown up to fix it as they promised "within 24-36 hours". Missing great pool weather because of their incompetence and unreliability.

Certainly timing was of essence for this client and we sincerely empathize with the family. In this situation there were added pressures to get out to the client when prompted out of our control. Mark R. had a deck being installed and the deck contractor hit underground plumbing lines. We were not told of a deck being installed until lines were cracked. I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Rosebrook. We are serious buyers, and have in fact signed a contract with another company. We talked to three different pool companies and were going to go with the best choice, not just bottom line, but also design, ability to service, etc. Rosebrook came out for the initial consultation, and we were told he would have a quote for us within two weeks.
