Very clean and tidy, large rooms , close to big supermarket . The only issue we had was not understanding the syncronised lighting. The switch at the door and one at the head of the bed need to be in sync with each other. But after leaving a ph message staff got back to us quickly and sorted us out. Will definitely book them again.
The reviews on here get removed. Bed bugs all through the motel which Sam or the cleaners cant seem to manage. Over priced. Police always attending the location neither is this motel child friendly. I stayed here through l2H and he done me for damages to a room already damaged. I was staying there for 2 years I have seen a lot go on here I’m not letting it all slide.
What a hidden little gem in Woolgoolga. We were making the drive from the Hunter valley to Brisbane and needed somewhere to stay over with my two pets. This was one of the pet friendly motels that popped up in my search. The rooms were spacious and neatly setup and the beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival I was even given a small bag of treats for my pets. It was just that little special touch that was appreciated after a long drive. Would definitely stay there again
Simple check in, clean and quiet rooms, plenty of room, bed comfy and clean nice linen and pillows. Tv simple to operate, great bathroom with a good shower, and the little chocs and business card on sml dining table was a lovely gesture. Will stay here again when passing through.
We stayed at Rosebourne Motel after an unfortunate accident which my son was involved in. The care and support which was offered by Sam was truly wonderful and we were ever so grateful. Sam did everything I'm his power to provide perfect accomodation for our Family at a time we most needed it. We couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were also great, perfectly clean, & spotless, well located & very well equipped for travellers. Thank you Sam for everything you did for my Family ! Warmest regards, Kurt's Mum ( Leah)
