Asked for an oil change and a sensor replacement. Was told they could not guarantee that the sensor fix would work (found a different mechanic who fixed it with no issues), then changed the oil and neglected the sensor fix then proceeded to charge me $500. I wouldn't take a tricycle there for those scammers to fix. Won't ever get another dime outta me. The grift is real here in Roseboro. If I could give them no stars and a middle finger, I definitely would!
I called on short notice to have my truck inspected. Not thinking he could do it today. I was going to just make an appointment. He told me to bring it now and he would work me in and he did.... fast quick service. Very friendly, polite and offered to assist me in the future. The waiting area was amazing. Very clean. I will be back. Thank you so much guys.
The only place I will take any of my vehicles. Nathan and his team show an unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. This shop excels in: -Communication -Price fairness -Vehicle turnaround -Schedule accommodation -Honestly -Problem solving I’ve had my truck up there a few times and not once have I left with the keys and felt like I could’ve had better service somewhere else.
I would definitely recommend Roseboro Mechanical to anyone in need of car repair. The service was great, and my car drives like new! My brakes were replaced in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. Happy to finally find someone close to home that does mechanical work. I will return for future car services.
