Had a wonderful experience at Dr. Lanes office in Lilington. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter is seven years old and she got her teeth cleaned also. She was afraid at first but Chellie joked with her and gave her a toy from the treasure box for being good . The staff at this office make you feel comfortable and explain everything. They also ask you if you have any questions. Just want to say thank you and my daughter and I are looking forward to our next visit! ����
I highly recommend is dentist office. Heather does a great job cleaning my teeth. She is very patient and precise. They are very friendly also. I had a very bad experience at another dentist office and have great anxiety in going to the dentist. They really take care of me here. Josh was so friendly and reassuring when I first called and now Debra and Heather call me to make sure all is well with me. I really appreciate that. They really deserve a reward for customer service ������������x
I went to Dr Lane and Associates in Lillington and they were great. The girls at the front desk were so helpful in helping me to understand my insurance and fees. The hygeniest was so nice and I felt like I had gotten the best cleaning. The doctor took his time explaining everything about my treatment to me. I never felt like they were rushing me in and out of the chair.
The service I received was unprofessional. The office attendant (no name given) tried to sell tooth whitener with no label, in a ziploc bag. As a medical office, I would expect there to be at least instructions on how to use, not to mention the ingredients advertised in some way. She was snippy and brash when I suggested such. I will not use their service again.
