Checking in for a procedure and the receptionist was on the phone. She did not look up or acknowledge us at all. We were literally three feet from her. She continued to talk on the phone for over ten minutes while we stood at the window waiting. She never looked at us or made any effort to shorten the call, or offer an apologetic signal that she would be with us soon. After she hung up she said, "Sorry that was my boss". Well cared for from beginning to end. All the staff were very friendly, answered all my questions, and took care of me. Would recommend. The address is a bit confusing, it is located in the hospital parking lot, to the right if facing the hospital main entrance.
Professional and so caring!! Excellent group!!
Had my endoscopy done twice there, staff is very kind. I would not complain if they took longer due to any complications in one’s health- they would notify on any delays.
