I live next door to a property that they service. They hit my chain link fence on a couple occasions, and tore it up. They did not bother to let me know or apologize, I had to go catch them to speak with them. The operator said it was an accident, and I shouldn't be upset... When I contacted the owner, he asked how I wanted it resolved. When I said that those 2 small sections needed replaced, he cut off contact. BEWARE even if you just happen to be a neighbor, your property does not matter to them!
