Rose is attentive, insightful, and customer-oriented every time I've come to her studio! She pays close attention to the inspo pics or descriptions of what you want. What stood out to me is she is much more personable than other multi-tiered HAMU groups and personally oversees and engages in the appointment with you, even when you are being serviced by one of her other artists. She is responsive, confident, and sweet. I want her to do my HAMU for a Marine Corps birthday ball, and I'm looking forward to it!
