The people that are there are so kind and friendly there has been many improvements to the facility
Constant State Code violations, unprofessional management, improper handling of Narcotics, understaffed, underpaid, ableist when it comes to employees, unable to meet State Requirements for Fire Safety and Elopment because of improper staffing, expects one person to do a (realistically) 3 person job. Wouldn't send ANY of my loved ones here, ever.
I recently worked there and was lied on talked about and only worked their for two weeks and I've never heard so many people talk about each other people and judging people in my life.
I have been an employee of Rosewood Manor for over two years. I don't particularly like to refer to myself as an employee because here at Rosewood we are a big extended family. From my coworkers to our residents we are a facility filled with love. We care and take time to love and care for each of our individual residents to meet every specific needs.
