The owners, Ash and Mona Singh, appear extremely stingy and overly focused on profit. If they truly want good families to stay, they should properly maintain the entire condominium property. Condo fees increase every year, yet there seems to be no visible improvement or justification for the hikes. The staff, Maritess and Vaishnavi, are ineffective and unhelpful.
