This is not a place for mom. This place is a scam. The guy is all about money and no care. This place should be shut down so no other can go through what my family member went through. There's also a hidden fee for paperwork of 500.00 he doesnt mention till after the fact. No wonder he drives a Mercedes you're paying for his vehicle and more. No compassion at all. Its all an act. This man make it hard to trust any facility now.
The home is very nice the care providers are wonderful. They are understanding and helpful with residents. My mom is very happy living there.
Rose Villa is a nice place for your loved ones, the people there are so nice and treat my sister really well. She is well taken care of. Karina is exceptional in the care of my sister. She is terrific.

We moved my mom there a year ago and she stayed for almost a year. We hired outside person to come in to see about my mom 6 days a week because they didn’t provide adequate care. There was not enough staff. My has advanced Alzheimer’s. They lost her the first week she was there and the police called us because a neighbor found her wandering. The facility didn’t contact us for over an hour after the police contacted to let us know she was missing. So we don’t know how long she was wandering. The staff was very poorly trained.... read more
