We moved my mom there a year ago and she stayed for almost a year. We hired outside person to come in to see about my mom 6 days a week because they didn’t provide adequate care. There was not enough staff. My has advanced Alzheimer’s. They lost her the first week she was there and the police called us because a neighbor found her wandering. The facility didn’t contact us for over an hour after the police contacted to let us know she was missing. So we don’t know how long she was wandering. The staff was very poorly trained.... read more
Horrible environment!!
I ve been working in this facility since 2020 up to date it a place you call home, we all live like one family with our residents and I ve been blessed working here and am not ready to quit anytime for no reason🤣
The review by Elizabeth Pachaco is inaccurate, false and misrepresentation. She has threatened to shut down my business. She made false report to other agencies, the place was inspected and all her comments were found groundless. Elizabeth's mother works for me and she does not support her own daughter's false reports. Until this disgruntle person, all our reviews have been 5/5. There is a reason why such individuals cannot find a job.
