We needed an old septic tank removed and a larger one installed. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. The whole crew was very organized and very professional. The pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to others.
Our basement had water coming in. We called Rose Valley, and Tim was at our house within an hour. He said "This is an emergency" and came back with a serious-sized pump and hose, and Ed (nice guy who complimented my wife on the aroma of dinner cooking). While the pump was doing its job, Tim and Ed and my wife squelched around the house in that heavy rain, developing an action plan. Highly recommended! Tim, the estimator was quick to get back to me with an estimate . Job was done within a few weeks, and as always, the crew was professional and friendly. We went over the job before they started and made sure I was happy with it before they left. Tim stopped by the next day to make sure all was good. I've been dealing with Rose Valley for 20 years for all my work, big and smaller jobs. I don't call anyone else. Cheers!
