I have watched Rose Lawn Care workers blow leaves into my yard from nextdoor lawn they are servicing. I have seen them throw branches from neighbor's yard into my back yard. I watched them blow leaves from neighbor's yard into the street and then follow them down the street leaving them in front of 3 other homes. I don't think this is a great service.
Mr. Rose, the owner, died August 12, 2022. So know this business is no longer being operated and managed by him.
