We were really disappointed with the florals provided for our wedding. We had clearly communicated our requirements, and were assured in an email earlier in the year that the flowers would match the specified types and colours and be delivered in pristine condition. Absolutely recommend, flowers were beautiful and the recipient was thrilled. Had a wee snag with the courier delivering to the wrong address. Great response (even on a public holiday) with Rose Tinted Flowers arranging for another bunch to be delivered the same day. Great customer service, will definitely buy again.
