I am a master mason, tile setter. My family has been in the trade for over 300 years. My family has built stone fences 26 miles around the horse parks in Lexington, Kentucky and Shakertown, Kentucky. These fences built in the 1700's are still standing today. I do brick, block, stone, tile, concrete, stucco, pebble dash stucco, plaster (specifically crown moulding). I do all mud-set work. I called this company looking for a difficult piece of ceramic tile. The fool who answered to phone kept cutting me off asking me questions. I work for a local Property Management firm and was given the piece of tile and told to locate it. I was trying to ask him if I could email him a picture of what I needed and that price was no object. He said, "Oh a crew guy gave it to you?" and I said yes and he was like, "Well then have him go find it, I'm not wasting my time with you...Goodbye" and hung up on me!!!
