Rose Terrace Cottages is a wonderful place. I am a family member of a resident and feel that my mother is receiving the best care possible. The staff members are friendly, professional, caring and consistently go above and beyond in everything they do. Elaine Magnus is fantastic! She is completely committed to those in her care and regularly assists individuals in reaching their fullest potential. The atmosphere is positive and warm - exactly what you would want for a loved one.
