Hate to do this... but my frustration (much like other customers apparently) has reached a breaking point. I used this company last year and had a good experience. However, I have been trying to reach them by email, taxdome app, phone etc since the first week of January! Absolutely no response. I’ve done my taxes here for several years called into book appointment to get mine done. The lady who answered was extremely rude basically told me that she was too busy for me, I wasn’t looking to come in today. But you lost my business for life and will not recommend this place to anyone.
My family and myself used to be regular customers of Rose Tax Service but last year was a horrible experience and now this year, for tax year 2024, it’s looking bad again. I called for an appointment last week during office hours but no one answered. I left a message and my number requesting an appointment and my call was not returned. I’ll go elsewhere. This is so unprofessional.
I've been using them for years and love how easy they make it for me. Whether I can make it in to drop docs off or use their online portal they make this time of year seamless for me.
UPDATE 2025: had a WONDERFUL experience with Rose tax again! Fantastic service , and Jeniffer my prepper was outstanding, asked questions and made things clear for me , highlighting important changes to my taxes and working efficiently! So so pleased with the work done this year VS 2024 , after a painful time trying to file my taxes , they had told me to be patient with them as they had implemented a new system , am glad I listened and gave Rose tax another try !
