I've been trying to contact them for several days, leaving voicemail and have not received a return call. Extremely unprofessional and discourteous. I will never use them again and will NOT recommend them to anyone. When I finally got a return call they told me they would have someone call me back in 15minutes. It's been 2 days and still no call.
Got my income tax done which included a T2200. Quick, easy, and pleasant. Great price and great returns! Much better experience and pricing than H&R Block who I used to use in the past.
I called multiple times. I was told on 2 occasions I would get a call back at the end of the day, never received a call back also sent emails. All I wanted to know is what my adjusted payment will be
