The first couple of years my husband and I used Rose’s tax service seemed to be OK until we started working with Caitlyn. I am self-employed and the one specific year I was registered as a corporation, she assumed that I was not incorporated and never asked me for my incorporation papers, etc. turns out she was filing my taxes wrong three years in a row, and I ended up owing big-time. The communication has never been good. Never answering phone calls emails, etc. I have since moved on and now I am much happier!
I have used rose tax service last year I would say last year I think the service was good but this year I’m not sure what happened . I asked Caitlyn for a quote in person on March 30 th or so . About a couple of hours later I received a message saying I would get a quote for book keeping “ shortly “ on the tax dom app . It’s now may 2nd I have not received any quote for book keeping . This is no longer Rose Tax Service, but Wilson Family Tax. Unfortunately, the change after using Rose for several years has not been a positive one for me and my family. Caitlin was supposed to be working on something for us prior to tax season and kept telling me she would get back us with answers and never did. I had to physically go to her office to follow up because they never returned calls, but even after her looking me in the eyes and saying she would call on a certain date (twice), she never did.
