Got Leo to make custom blinds for the whole house. We have been living here for 1 year - 4 blinds remain broken and/malfunctioning after Leo made multiple trips to fix them. The mechanism he put in to hold the blinds keeps snapping. Our new build house now has to have stuff taped to the windows for privacy and Leo refuses to call or come back. Rose Sun installed a large motorised shade for our large horizontal skylight and pull-down shades for our vertical windows at a very competitive price. We are extremely happy with the result. The shades are attractive and reflect the sunlight well, making our our third floor very comfortable when the sun is shining. We had two companies give us a quote on remote control screens for our outside room. Both quotes were similar but Leo used a laser to measure and noticed that the area was uneven which means the screens had to be customized so they wouldn’t bunch on one side when reaching the ground. The other company did not notice this and had we gone with them I have a feeling we would have had issues during install. All the reviews are fake, they don’t seems pretty helpful and not professional at all. They were talking with me as if they don’t care and said other people will help you.
Leo was very responsive when I had any issues with my screens. A lot can be said about service after the sale. I would recommend to a friend.
