I was asked to pay AND tip before I was even taken to a room. How do you tip for a service you have not yet received? I had been to Rose massage once before, and wrote a very good review, for a very good massage. So I hoped for the best, and tipped 20%. Sadly, this massage was only adequate and my feet weren't even massaged. I will not be going back for a third visit and am trying TWO Rivers massage today.
