Absolutely WORST customer service i’ve experienced at any establishment ever! Walked in on 9/3/24 at around 5pm with a friend asking for a massage, in which the lady let us know that we’d have to pay in advance, which was very unusual but we agreed nonetheless. There is a $5 convenience fee for card, and on top of that we both tipped $5 as we were first time customers paying for a $60 service in advance, not knowing what to expect. Had a massage today a it was awesome. Anna was great hit all the places that I was tight and needed attention. She did a great job will be back.
I get a massage and there was no pressure. The lady attitude was rude. The photo they use on website are fake. Waste of my money. 0 out of 10
if i could give 0 stars i would, they BEG for more money and make you pay AND tip before you even get a massage, should have listened to that first red flag, massage was terrible, they massaged worse than what my husband could have done at home. oh and don’t worry they will beg you for money after your massage and walking out the door, we didn’t listen and got the worst mean mug. they don’t laten to anything you say either
Hands down the best deep tissue massage I've ever had! Ask for Kimmie and thank me later. Seriously though, a beautiful woman with an iron grip. What more could one ask for?
