We had our wedding reception here this week and it went perfectly. The flowers had just all started to come through and the weather was clear. Agnes was amazing at communicating with us and let us set up a day early and helped make sure all the guests arrived to the right place so we didn’t even have to think about it. Our day honestly ended so perfectly with her help and we are so grateful to have chosen Agnes and Rose Social to help make our special day perfect. Thank you so much.
I made a phone call to the number listed on Google this past Sunday morning at 8:22am. I asked the woman who answered if she had any flower petals available for pick-up that morning. She responded bluntly, saying she had nothing because it’s winter and roses are out of season. I then asked whether she had any bunches of flowers I could purchase instead, thinking I might be able to pull the petals myself- I didn’t know she’s specific to roses. The rose social was a great place for us to have our ceremony. We got married in November and the flowers were in full bloom. Agnes and her husband were very helpful with setting up and any of our requests. We recieved lots of compliments on the location.
I had so much fun trying on dresses with the ladies in my family - there was an almost overwhelming array of dresses collected here, but I highly recommend giving it a go. If you haven't tried on any wedding dresses yet, keep in mind wedding dress sizing is very inconsistent with street sizing, and have fun trying on styles you wouldn't normally consider! The atmosphere was relaxed and you can go at your own pace in air conditioned comfort.
