I Started Working At Rose And The Caregivers On Night Shift Are TERRIBLE! My 1st Night Nobody Trained Me Also Watched A Resident Cry And Continued To Have Side Conversations. I Walked Out My First Night On The Job ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
The residents at Rose Senior Living really make coming to work easy. It feels as though I have over 50 new grandparents to love on!! Thank you Rose for choosing me to job the team!!
After less than one month at rose our family moved to my husend back home from rose senior living. Among several issues the main concern was the staff's apparent lack of training in how to give a shower to someone with limited mobility. Consequently despite several requests, my husband when for 8 days without a full shower. The cleanliness in the bathroom was uneven with wet wash clothes and hand towels On the floor and the commode one day was so dirty that it cannot be described in this review.
