The residents at Rose Senior Living really make coming to work easy. It feels as though I have over 50 new grandparents to love on!! Thank you Rose for choosing me to job the team!!
After less than one month at rose our family moved to my husend back home from rose senior living. Among several issues the main concern was the staff's apparent lack of training in how to give a shower to someone with limited mobility. Consequently despite several requests, my husband when for 8 days without a full shower. The cleanliness in the bathroom was uneven with wet wash clothes and hand towels On the floor and the commode one day was so dirty that it cannot be described in this review. I just toured the Community today, and Im just in aww of the professionalism I encountered. Beyond the building being aesthecially pleasing, the customer service was amazing Kathy walked me through the Community, and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them Lol. She was so patient, and understanding, I also meet the Executive Director Shaunda Greys who went above and beyond to let me know that my mother will be a priority at the facility. This experience has made me team Rose Senior living.
