White man theme problems but they seem to be working out except the damn elevators out again Madison really sweet people here I love it the view is so awesome
Been a resident since 2012, very pleased.
Perhaps some other residents have had a different experience, however, I have had nothing other than good solid service from all staff in this building. They send up a bag of treats on Halloween, a Thanksgiving meal, a little gift over the holidays, just seem to really care about our emotional health as well as physical health. I have lived in a few HUD properties so I have some experience in dealing with serious neglect and indifference. Or I could be more independent than most and am not especially demanding.
