We used Rose's Room for a family party, about 30 guests, and it was perfect! There aren't really venues in Elgin for a group that size and hosting a party outdoors at a park in July means risking the weather, we went with with Rose's, and it was the right choice. The space was clean and smelled nice. I worried the room would be noisy with all 30 people in there, but it wasn't at all. The rose rule was great nice intimate place to go for small gathering it was kind of chilly but they turned down the air two a more comfortable temperature and they also had security
