Rodney is very professional and friendly, was timely and efficient. I was highly satisfied with his services and would recommend to any friends and family.
I was suddenly faced with a very urgent problem compounded by some unusual circumstances. Rodney was able to solve the problem by going way above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer service. He has evening hours during the week and hours during both Saturday and Sunday.
Rodney’s super informative, responds quickly and makes you a priority. I’ve had to use him twice now and while it’s unfortunate to need him, I’m thankful he’s my go to for all bug needs. Doesn’t charge outrageous prices and comes back multiple times to make sure everything’s good.
I have used Rose Pest Control several times, and I am very happy with my experiences. They always do what they say they will, and best of all, the bugs are gone.
We called Rodney at 4pm on a Saturday. He did an inspection and we had termite traps set by the next day. Responsive, quick, and did great work. I would recommend him to anyone!
