I think some of the reviews are a little unfair. Yes I would say their communication needs some work but they do a good job at a very reasonable price. Today I had a cut-off valve that needed to be replaced. I called Rose first and was told the office would call me back. After an hour I called 2 more plumbers and one said they could come on Saturday and would be $255. The other called back in 10 minutes and said Monday for $220, I booked that one. This is the worst company to hire... DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I WENT TO HOME ADVISOR AND ALSO ANGIE LIST AND THEY SET YOUR APP AND THEN CONFIRMED AS WELL AND THEN ON TOP OF ALL I CALLED THE COMPANY AND TALK TO SOME GUY AND HE SAID YES WE WILL CALL YOU ON MONDAY TO SET ALL UP AND TUESDAY THEY WILL BE THERE TO SEE THE PROJECT AND GIVE YOU PRICING. I have an American home shield warranty for which Rose plumbing was contracted to fix my sump pump. Not only did they not fix anything for me, they never called me to setup a repair appt for the pump. I left numerous voicemails to them, with zero response. Their negligent business practices have caused much stress as our basement has been flooding on and off for over a week. Rose plumbing inc. is a joke.
