After the orthopedic clinic faxed the paperwork, I called and was told it would take about four hours for the prescription to process—so I waited and basically wasted the whole day. The next day, I called again, only to be told it had to be scheduled as a special MRI. Another dead end. Why is it so hard just to get to the scheduling part? At this point, I’m ready to either ask my doctor to refer me somewhere else or just give up altogether.

Impossible to reach anyone to schedule an appointment. No alternative ways to contact the facility such as email or chat. Very frustrating.

Terrible assistance, run from this medical group. It’s like pulling teeth to get information and competent people.

I underwent a mammography and MRI at two different offices within UCI Health. However, the results of both procedures were incorrectly sent to the Dr requested instead of the respective specialists. The mammography results should have been sent to the Mammography department, and the MRI results should have gone to my primary care physician.
