This imaging center gets a 100 star rating, as far as I'm concerned. They were so very patient and kind with my daughter with special needs. It took multiple attempts/visits to get the test completed, but they persevered, thought outside of the box and she has a successful MRI. It was a truly amazing experience for us all. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
After the orthopedic clinic faxed the paperwork, I called and was told it would take about four hours for the prescription to process—so I waited and basically wasted the whole day. The next day, I called again, only to be told it had to be scheduled as a special MRI. Another dead end. Why is it so hard just to get to the scheduling part? At this point, I’m ready to either ask my doctor to refer me somewhere else or just give up altogether.
Impossible to reach anyone to schedule an appointment. No alternative ways to contact the facility such as email or chat. Very frustrating.
Terrible assistance, run from this medical group. It’s like pulling teeth to get information and competent people.
