Top Pho! Amazing service, savory flavors, and decor had flare. Love how things were trendy yet traditional. The space is intimate yet festive, a great overall ambiance. Highly recommend!

We stopped by Rose Pho during our second visit to Seattle. The hospitality and service were great, and we appreciated the warm welcome. However, the food was disappointing overall. The phở and cơm dĩa were okay, but the bò kho was far too sweet for my taste and, unfortunately, very disappointing. After an eight-hour flight, we were all very hungry, so the meal itself mattered a lot to us.
