Cashier/pharmacist was not helpful and was rude. She didn’t even say “thank you.”As for the guard, he insisted that I leave my backpack near the door even though I had a laptop inside, as if I was going to do something wrong. And I had to cash in at their kiosk and I asked the guard for help, but he laughed at me (not in a friendly way). I told him, “No need to laugh, sir. I’m asking for assistance because it’s my first time using it, and I’m asking what’s funny.”Overall, the service was very poor and disappointing.
Poor customer service.
I gave the lady P1,000 for the P130 worth of medicine, and she only gave me P770 change. I was supposed to receive P870. I only noticed it when I got home. Simple math!
The security guard insisted to leave our bags at the door, even though other customers were allowed to carry theirs inside, and then followed us around the pharmacy, making us feel as though we were being accused of shoplifting!
